The charges are created as Sales Receipts in QuickBooks. You can define during the setup whether you want Sush.io to create all your customers coming from PayPal or a single customer for all your charges. We keep the sales reference, shipping and discount information if applicable.
The Paypal refunds are created as Refund Receipts in QuickBooks. The refunds are processed to the customer in QuickBooks if you chose to synchronize all your PayPal customers.
For each Money Received or Money Send, PayPal could charge a Fee.
For a Fee charged by PayPal, we create a Purchase.
For a Fee refunded by PayPal, we create a Vendor Credit.
PayPal Money Sent
Users can pay a Third party from their PayPal account.
In this case, we create a Purchase. (aka Expense in the QuickBooks UI)
User can initiate transfers from its PayPal account to either its own Bank account or to a ThirdParty account.
We create a Transfer if the money is sent to the user account, a purchase otherwise.
In QuickBooks, tranfers match automatically the transactions of the linked Bank Account
